After completing physiotherapy in 2015, the initial focus was on physical rehabilitation. However, a deeper interest quickly developed in understanding the underlying mechanisms behind pain, movement, and recovery.

This led to an ongoing exploration of the nervous system, movement science, psychology, and integrative health approaches. Various courses were followed, including dry needling and yoga, while a large part of the knowledge was built through self-study, scientific research, and hands-on experience.

By continuously learning, testing, and refining, a broader vision emerged: the body cannot be understood through one system or technique alone.

Instead of applying a fixed method, the approach is based on adapting to the individual, combining different tools depending on what is needed. Movement, nervous system regulation, and mindset are seen as interconnected elements of the same system.

This way of working allows for a deeper and more sustainable form of recovery—one that goes beyond symptoms and focuses on how the body functions as a whole.
